Join Wordsmith, Educator, and Facilitator, Stacey Mataxis Whitlow, for her new series of journaling classes at ARTworks Vass on Wednesday, Feb 1st at 5:30 pm.
Do you have a collection of beautiful journals that you have always intended to fill with all things you, yet they are still blank? Have you ever wanted to start journaling but struggle to find the time or motivation? Would you like to begin a new self-care practice or healthy hobby in the new year?
Join us for our monthly, 2-hour joyful journaling workshops where we will explore different ways of working in a creative journal for self-expression and self-care. Come explore the power of journaling to create peaceful moments in our chaotic world. This workshop will provide a safe space for guided reflection, creative experimentation, playful exploration, and self-acceptance through art, journaling, and creation. No artistic skill is necessary, as journaling for health and well-being is ALL about the process.
Every month will focus on a theme and include additional journal topics for you to use during your practice at home. Show yourself a little love this Valentine's Day. Join us for this month’s workshop focused on journaling for self-care through self-love.
You can use your own journals or a mini monthly journal will be gifted for you to use.
Beginners are welcome, as journaling for health and well-being is ALL about the process! Guests age 14 and older are welcome to attend.

- Registration allows for 1 person per class. Only those who have registered may participate.
- Class starts promptly, so be sure to arrive on time.
