Join us on Thursday, June 12th from 6:00 to 8:00 for ARTworks Vass' “Phoneography” mini-workshop led by award winning photojournalist Laura Gingerich! Learn how to capture breathtaking photos using your smartphone. You will explore important settings for portrait, food and landscape photography as well as the principles of good lighting and composition. Learn how “Apps” can transform your images and how to best share your shots! Open to all levels of experience!
Please bring:
- Android or iPhone fully charged!
- Notebook and your questions!
About Your Instructor:
Laura L. Gingerich is an award winning photojournalist specializing in relief and disaster assistance. She is known for “having an eye for beauty in the midst of chaos” from her work around the world including Afghanistan, Lebanon, Haiti, Pakistan, West Bank and India.
When Laura is not on assignment, she loves sharing her knowledge by leading photography workshops and tours which inspire and motivate beginners to advanced level enthusiasts.

- Children age 14 and older may attend class independently.
- Registration allows for one Guest per class project.
- Only Registered Guests may attend class.
- Registrations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
