5/24/25 - Children's Class - Seashell Decorating with Kathy Downs
On May 24 from 9:30 to 11:00 kid's will decorate 3–5 pre-cleaned seashells using permanent markers and glitter glue pens. This class is designed to encourage artistic expression while introducing basic design planning and embellishment techniques.
What They Will Learn:
- Planning a decorative design
- Selecting and combining colors
- Applying glitter glue for embellishment
All materials are included, but students are welcome to bring their own pre-cleaned seashells if they'd like to personalize further. Each participant will leave with their finished seashell creations at the end of class.
Note:
If your child may benefit from your support during the session, you’re welcome to also register and create alongside them as a student.
Important Information:
- Beginners are welcome.
- School Aged Children, who follow instructions well and can work and function relatively independently in the classroom and bathroom are welcome to attend.
- Adults are not permitted to register as a student in this class unless registering and attending with the child or children. (Grab your favorite kiddo and join us!)
- For the safety of all involved, we require that Children be dropped-off and picked-up with their instructor in the classroom, and street or parking lot pickups are be permitted.
- Children may bring a snack and a drink with a lid to class.
- Registration allows for one Guest per class project.
- Only Registered Guests may attend class.
- Registrations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- Class starts promptly on time.
- Dress to mess or bring an apron.
