Join Jean Skipper on Friday, Nov. 14th, from 12:00 until 3:00 to make a pottery Nativity from NC Clay! During this Pottery Class, Jean teaches about clay handling, texturing, and design.
Your pottery will be dried thoroughly, kiln fired, cleaned, glazed, and dried thoroughly again, before it goes into the kiln again for one final firing. It can take up to 4 weeks to process, as long as we're glazing for you.
The all inclusive price of $69 this class includes supplies, tool usage, glaze selection, 2 kiln firings, and instruction.
Important Information:
- Beginners are welcome.
- Children age 14 and older may attend class independently.
- Children under age 14 may join this class if a responsible adult also registers to attend and participate with them.
- Registration allows for one Guest per class project.
- Only Registered Guests may attend class.
- Registrations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- Class starts promptly as scheduled.
- Dress to mess or bring an apron.
- At ARTworks Vass, you're always welcome to bring your own Nibbles and Sips to class.
