3/14/26 - Painting Watercolor "Florals" Class with Beth Bale
Join watercolor artist Beth Bale on Saturday, March 14th from 9:00 to 12:00 for a vibrant morning of painting florals in watercolor!
Perfect for both beginners and intermediate painters, this class celebrates the beauty of spring through loose, expressive brushwork and a painterly approach.
Beth will guide you through practicing a variety of flowers, leaves, and stems, followed by a live demonstration of the featured floral painting for the day. You’ll then have plenty of time to create your own blooming masterpiece with Beth’s guidance.
Supplies: Beth will provide paint, paper, brushes and palettes. Please bring 2 water containers, a painting board, masking tape, pencil, eraser, and paper towels/cloth towels.
Come ready to play, paint, and be inspired!
Beth is an experienced painter and teacher with decades of watercolor painting knowledge and is an encouraging and fun instructor. She is a signature member of the Watercolor Society of NC and shows her work at several regional galleries including right here at ARTworks Vass. Beth usually paints the subjects close to her heart, such as her own horses, chickens, farm, cats, dogs and the beautiful NC landscape and flora. She is a believer in the adage "Paint what you know the best".

- Beginners welcome!
- Children age 14 and older may attend class independently.
- Registration allows for one Guest per class project.
- Only Registered Guests may attend class.
- Registrations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- Class starts promptly as scheduled.
- Dress to mess or bring an apron.
- At ARTworks Vass, you're always welcome to bring your own Nibbles and Sips to class.
