3/25/26 - Make a Stained Glass Chicken with Cathy Deyerle
Join Cathy Deyerle on Wednesday, Mar. 25th from 5:30 to 8:30 for a colorful evening of creativity as you craft a stained glass Chicken in the color palette of your choice!
This all-inclusive class is just $59 and covers everything you need—tools, supplies, and expert instruction.
You’ll learn the essentials of stained glass art, including design basics, safe tool handling, glass cutting, grinding, and foiling. Cathy will guide you step-by-step with demonstrations and hands-on help throughout the class.
After the session, your piece will be professionally soldered and ready for pickup about 7-10 days later. No experience needed—just bring your creativity!
Cathy has tried many media forms over the years such as alcohol inks, fused glass, and pottery. She found her passion when she began her stained-glass journey in Sioux Falls, SD in 2021. She took 19 classes over the next 3 years with a wonderful, patient teacher, diving head first into stained glass. She moved to Pinehurst in 2023, ensuring her new house had enough big windows for her pieces as well as room for a home studio. We are excited for Cathy to share her passion with us locally here at ARTworks Vass!
Important Information:
- Beginners are welcome.
- Children age 14 and older may attend class independently.
- Registration allows for one Guest per class project.
- Only Registered Guests may attend class.
- Registrations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- Class starts promptly as scheduled.
- Dress to mess or bring an apron.
- You will be notified when your project is ready to pick up. We will hold it for 90 days with monthly notifications by text or phone. If you haven't requested an extension or picked up your work within 90 days, your project will be disposed of at the gallery's discretion.
- At ARTworks Vass, you're always welcome to bring your own Nibbles and Sips to class.
