6/29/26 - Cream & Sugar Set: Pottery Class with Beth Roy at ARTworks Vass
Add a little charm to your coffee (or tea!) routine by creating your very own pottery cream and sugar set in this hands-on class with Beth Roy on Monday, June 29th from 6:00 to 9:00.
In this creative session, you’ll hand-build a coordinating creamer and a lidded sugar jar, similar to the set pictured. You’ll explore texture techniques to give your pieces that soft, earthy, botanical feel—or design something uniquely your own!
Whether you’re hosting brunch or just treating yourself to a cozy morning ritual, this duo will bring a touch of handmade beauty to your table.

No experience needed—just bring your creativity (and maybe your coffee-loving friends)!
This class is great for beginners and experienced clay artists alike. Beth’s encouraging teaching style ensures everyone feels comfortable and successful, no matter your experience level.
After class, Beth will carefully dry, kiln fire, glaze, and kiln fire your work again. Finished items will be ready for pickup about 4 weeks after class, depending on drying time and humidity. We'll notify you when it's ready!
All materials, tools, instruction, one glaze color selection, two kiln firings and expert instruction are included.
Important Information:
- Beginners welcome
- Dress to mess or bring an apron!
- Please note: ARTworks Vass is home to friendly gallery/studio cats who may be present during classes and events. 🐾
- Children age 14 and older may attend class independently.
- Children under age 14 may join this class if a responsible adult also registers to attend and participate with them.
- Registration allows for 1 person per class. Only those who have registered may participate.
- Registrations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- Class starts promptly, so be sure to arrive on time.
- At ARTworks Vass, you're always welcome to bring your own Nibbles and Sips to class.
- You will be notified when your project is ready to pick up. We will hold it for 90 days with monthly notifications by text or phone. If you haven't requested an extension or picked up your work within 90 days, your project will be disposed of at the gallery's discretion.
