1/6/20 "Set Your Intentions" Handmade Journal Making Pam Gillespie
Join Pam Gillespie on Monday, Jan. 6th from 6:00-9:00 pm as she leads you in creating a beautiful, one-of-a-kind, Handmade Journal in the design of your choice. Whether making for yourself or as a gift, the journal will be a reflection of you and your own creative style. Set your 2020 intentions in your own work of art!
You will use a variety of recycled/repurposed paper materials such as book pages, coffee dyed pages, envelopes, etc. Pam will walk you through machine stitching the journal cover or assist those uncomfortable using a sewing machine. You will also learn how to hand stitch the binding of your journal. Finished books are approximately 4.5" by 8.5" in size.
Guests with all levels of artistic experience are welcome to join the fun. All materials are included and you are invited to bring your own personal items to incorporate into your work of art. At ARTworks Vass, we encourage you to bring your artful heart along with nibbles and sips to make your experience more joyful.
