How can I sell my work or teach at ARTworks Vass?
We love adding to our Community of Artists and Instructors! Talent and Kindness are the hallmarks of the Artists who we represent at ARTworks Vass, and both matter to us. Before you approach us to represent your work, please visit with us in-person and online to ensure that we'll be a good fit for one another.
We seek individuals with a cohesive collection who create in a style and medium that complements what we currently offer in the gallery and classroom without duplicating it. For example, we love Pottery, and we represent more than 40 Pottery Artists. Each of them creates and teaches in a style that's uniquely their own, and that style doesn't duplicate any other that we already have in the gallery.

We’re seeking to double the size of our Handmade Ornament Collection in 2025, and we’d love for you to join us! We seek Artists and Craftspeople who create high quality work in all media in this miniature art form.
Please follow the jury process, and use the form above if you're interested, and be sure to mention if you'd like to sell only ornaments with us during the holidays.

Do you offer Private Parties and Classes?
Absolutely! We regularly schedule Private Classes for adults and children. Birthday Parties, Book Club Meetings, Work Gatherings, Graduations, Family Reunions, and "Just Because" Parties are all popular with our guests.

What is your class cancellation policy?
Please think of your purchase of a seat in class in the same manner that you would a ticket for a movie, a concert or other live performance. In respect for the time in effort that our instructors invest in preparing for each and every class, all class sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on classes.
Spaces in our classes are transferable, and you may give or sell your seat in class to another individual. Be extremely careful if you decide to decide to buy or sell class seats from anyone other than ARTworks Vass, especially online. Never share your financial information with individuals who you don't know and trust personally. If you decide to buy a class seat from someone who you don't know personally, email us at [email protected] with the class name, class date, and name of the seller before buying tickets, and we'll help to confirm the validity of your transaction.

Will you donate to my club, fundraiser, or other special event?
Absolutely! We'll be happy to donate a Door Prize or Auction Item to any charitable event that's open to the public. Due to the volume of requests that we receive, and a few unfortunate circumstances surrounding past donations, our submission process is as follows:
Will you sponsor our event or place an ad in our program? Because we want to say yes to everyone, and that isn't possible due to the high volume of requests that we receieve, we don't place paid advertising. We'll be happy to donate an item for your organization's auction or fundraiser
- Submit your request to us by email at [email protected]. Be sure to include your name, email address, cell phone number, name of the event, date of the event, a copy of your event flyer or a link for the event online, and the tax identification number of your organization if you have one.
- What can you expect from us? We'll prepare your donation within 3 weeks of the time that we receive your request, and we'll send a text to tell you when your donation is ready for pick up. We'll also post a photograph of your donation item and a copy of your event flyer to our social media pages when we provide the donation.
- What do we expect from you? We hope that you'll patronize and promote our business throughout the year whenever possible. We also ask that you take a photo of our donation item at your event. Then within a few days of the event, post it to your social media pages and tag us at @artworksvass . If you don't have a social media page, please text the photo to us at 910-528-1109. We'll prioritize those who follow these procedures for future donations, and those who don't follow these procedures will likely be declined for future donations.
- Where will I pick up my donation? Donations may be picked up in person in the Gallery at ARTworks Vass on Tuesday through Saturday between 10:00 and 5:00.
