Jean Skipper will happily host your group of 8 or more as you create your very own Etched Solid Copper Keychains, Pendants, Ornaments, or Cuff Bracelets. (Options selected may be different for each participant. Contact us at info@artworksvass.com or 910-245-4129 with the specifics of your request.
Capture your handwriting, your child's drawing, or the stamped images of your choice. The pieces that you create in this class will make perfect gifts for the ones you love, or yourself!
Samples of Jean's Metal Etching are shown in these photos for inspiration. If 1 piece just isn't enough, up to 2 extras may be created at an additional cost. This option is available only at the time of registration, and up to 2 extras per guest may be made in a single class session.
This is an all inclusive make-and-take class, and you can expect to leave with your finished masterpieces. Jean will be available to guide you each step of the way. Beginners are welcome, and those age fourteen and older are invited to attend. Parents with younger children may register for 2 class seats together, in order to join their children in class.
Jean will present you with easy instructions and hands-on assistance every step of the way. She’ll also provide you with all of the supplies and tools that you’ll need to complete your class projects. You'll learn about safe tool usage, metal preparation, cold connection techniques, finishing, and polishing.
Other Important Information:
- Registration allows for 1 person per class.
- Only those who register may participate.
- Dress to mess, and bring your own Apron if you'd like to use one.
- Class starts promptly, so be sure to arrive on time.
- Registrations are non-refundable.
